Create delicious and nutritious wraps and rolls using a variety of fresh fillings, vegetables, and sauces. This template offers endless combinations for a quick and satisfying meal or snack, perfect for any time of day.

Base Ingredients:

Wraps (Choose 1, 1-2 pieces):
  • Whole wheat tortillas

  • Corn tortillas

  • Lettuce leaves

  • Nori sheets

  • Rice paper

Fillings (Choose 2-3, 1-2 cups total):
  • Grains: quinoa, brown rice, couscous

  • Proteins: tofu, tempeh, beans, lentils, chickpeas

  • Vegetables: bell peppers, carrots, cucumbers, spinach, avocado

Sauces (Choose 1, 2-3 tablespoons):
  • Hummus

  • Tahini sauce

  • Peanut sauce

  • Yogurt dressing

  • Salsa

Flavor Enhancers (Optional, Choose 1-2, 1-2 teaspoons):
  • Fresh herbs: cilantro, parsley, mint

  • Spices: cumin, paprika, black pepper

  • Lemon or lime juice

Method of Preparation:

  1. Prepare Wraps:

    • If using rice paper or nori sheets, soften them according to package instructions.

    • If using tortillas, lightly warm them to make them pliable.

  2. Prepare Fillings:

    • Chop the vegetables into thin slices or bite-sized pieces.

  3. Assemble Wraps:
